Responsibilities
Develop Retail industry go-to-market sales plans and strategies to achieve corporate growth targets.
Motivate industry focused sales team to achieve targets, goals and while emulating Fujitsu Way values.
Manage detailed sales forecast expectations and instill a consistent level of discipline across the team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Industry Analysts and industry Alliance partners such as Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, SalesForce, Oracle and AWS.

Required
5+ years in a sales director role that includes having managed a team of client-facing account executives within the IT product and/or services industry; and in the Retail sector.
Experience leading within a large, global matrix organization requiring cross-function teamwork and collaboration.
Proven ability to manage and guide sales professionals through origination of opportunities through to successful closure of complex deals.
Experience leading a team of sales executives driving growth across existing clients & new logos.
History of collaborating across various functional areas of an organization in order to build consensus, support alignment toward common goals and objectives, as well as industry technology alliances.
Track record of achieving or exceeding fiscal financial targets.
