Responsibilities
Lead the overall advertising strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals for private equity-backed home services companies.
Partner with internal account management teams to plan, execute, and monitor client advertising campaigns, while working closely with Product Development for feature requests, pilot programs, and experimentation.
Manage an advertising book of business in partnership with the account management teams.
Drive success in digital channels, leveraging high acumen in search advertising (Google Search, PMAX), Google Local Services Ads (LSAs), and social advertising on platforms like Meta.
Conduct and lead client meetings, focusing on advertising strategy, campaign performance, and actionable insights.
Serve as a subject matter expert, staying at the forefront of digital advertising trends and innovation in the home services market.

Required
5+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry
Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Search and PMAX advertising campaigns
Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships across teams and with clients
Demonstrate a high level of competency engaging and interacting with clients over web meetings, via email, or in-person
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google productivity apps, ensuring efficient workflow and reporting capabilities
Preferred
Account Management background is a plus
