Responsibilities
Formulate and execute an imaging strategy that aligns with the organization's key objectives and long-term goals.
Architect scalable, flexible imaging solutions that are aligned with the organization’s business requirements and future growth.
Lead the design and seamless integration of imaging systems into the organization’s existing IT ecosystem.
Define and implement data management frameworks to ensure secure storage, retrieval, and protection of imaging data.
Manage the full spectrum of imaging projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and stakeholders to establish clear project scope, timelines, and measurable goals.
Establish and enforce comprehensive imaging standards and best practices throughout the organization.
Ensure that imaging solutions comply with all relevant regulatory standards (such as HIPAA and GDPR) and industry benchmarks.
Monitor and continuously optimize the performance of imaging systems to ensure high reliability and operational uptime.
Proactively identify and resolve performance issues through effective monitoring, troubleshooting, and system tuning.
Work closely with IT teams, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing management of imaging solutions.
Effectively communicate with senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and aligning strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including architecture designs, configuration settings, and operational procedures.
Design and deliver training programs to equip users and administrators with the knowledge needed to effectively manage and utilize imaging systems.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on imaging systems or enterprise solutions.
Strong expertise in imaging technologies, data management, and system integration.
Proven experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to imaging and data security.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
