Responsibilities
Resource planning, equipment and time for commissioning, repair or construction expertise.
Manage Workers customer and / or switch on the site.
Perform commissioning tests
Prepare progress reports, test results, non-compliance report
Annotating and editing drawings 'as built'.
Participate in the drafting of technical procedures.
Submit to external customers and internal technical documentation necessary for operation and maintenance of equipment. Provide information supplements as needed.
Provide technical assistance in the preparation of submission.
Analyze, investigate and propose solutions to problems concerning GE discontinued products. Test and industrialize the solution.
Participate in the development of inspection criteria in collaboration with customers and engineering team.

Required
Technical degree in electrical with specialization in HVDC-FACTS or electrical
Minimum of 3 years of field experience in substation commissioning
Ability and willingness to travel 75% of the time
Preferred
Have good ability to interact and communicate with clients and workers
Advanced knowledge of electrical and electronic equipment power
Fluency in English (mandatory) and French will be a plus
Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD), knowledge of office software (MS Office Suite)
