Responsibilities

The led functional team within Business Conduct in the area of monitoring, policy development, or training.

Able to independently lead project teams to implement policies and procedures directly impacting core business conduct risk areas.

Assists with ongoing monitoring and auditing of commercial and medical affairs/clinical activities.

Advances a goal-oriented, positive spirit of partnership and collaboration with internal clients.

Demonstrates an ability to think creatively and devise solutions to challenging problems.

Acts as subject matter expert in their area of responsibility, such as monitoring, policy development, or training.

Required

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Significant in-depth understanding of business objectives and how they translate into Business Conduct’s priorities in the areas of monitoring, policy development or training.

8 years prior industry compliance experience required, preferably 5+ years of performing similar functions at a similar company.

Managerial experience

B.A. or equivalent

Must be able to exercise judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action in the areas of monitoring and training where precedent may not exist.

Preferred

Experience and ability to manage staff is preferred.
