Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for client accounts, maintaining positive, long-term relationships and earning client trust through excellent communication and service. Earn the trust and respect of client stakeholders and teammates.
Project Leadership: Lead several successful projects as the DRI, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations, all while collaborating with Block Club colleagues.
Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Solve problems by leading with solutions.
Project Management: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on strategy, share insights, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business, contributing to the agency's overall success.
Financial Oversight: Manage account scoping, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Market Awareness: Keep up with trends in the advertising and marketing industry, sharing relevant insights with clients and teammates.
Client Presentations: Participate in client meetings and presentations, helping to showcase creative ideas and strategic recommendations.
Innovative Solutions: Diagnose client challenges and apply existing solutions or develop innovative new approaches.
Skill Sharing: Participate in skill-sharing sessions, presenting valuable knowledge and insights to enhance the collective skills of the team.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of account management experience in the advertising industry or in a client-facing marketing role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with tech-savvy clients.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities tailored to the B2B tech landscape.
Proven account leadership and project management capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in advertising and marketing software/tools, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workplace.
Preferred
Experience working with tech companies, specifically B2B tech companies.
Experience with SEO and analytics tools.
Creative and innovative mindset with a deep understanding of B2B tech marketing strategies.
Proactive, results-driven, and a team player with a client-centric mindset.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts and software into compelling concepts and campaigns.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Commitment to continuous growth and development, both personally and for the team.
Curious and interested in staying ahead of the curve as the rate of change in our industry accelerates.
Living in New York City, Buffalo, or LA is a plus.
