Responsibilities

Understand product guidelines and verify client contracts and promotions for accurate billing

Set up new customers and keep accurate records

Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy

Work to address client issues or concerns

Demonstrate a high level of diplomacy and tact in all customer interactions

Answer customer phone calls and respond to department emails in a timely manner

Assist with processing and tracking billing adjustments, credits and write-offs

Assist with preparing monthly profit-sharing documents for agencies

Assist with customer account reconciliations

Assist with reviewing and approving opportunities in Salesforce

Assist with special accounting projects as needed

Required

Minimum 2-year degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google products

Analytical in nature with a firm grasp of numbers and attention to detail

Must be a team player, possess positive customer service attitude with both internal and external clients, flexible, patient, courteous, and be a professional problem solver

Resourceful, self-starter that works best in a team environment. Can manage his/her time and projects wisely while meeting deadlines

Preferred

Salesforce and Netsuite experience are a plus
