Responsibilities

In this position, you will be one of the key members of a large accounting team.

The position will be responsible for helping with the preparation of SEC Financial Reporting items, monthly/quarterly close, mentoring peers, and providing support on ad-hoc projects around Finance and Financial Transformation (system upgrades and implementations)

Assists with the preparation of Quarterly and Annual SEC (10-Q & 10-K) filings

Ensure SOX compliance

Function as one of the key point of contacts for external audits. This will entail providing timely documentation and support on requests, as well as communicating with auditors.
