Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Lead and mentor a global sales team, driving high performance and growth.
Collaborate with marketing to build and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to drive process improvements and forecasting accuracy.
Engage in industry and market research and organizations to maintain knowledge and connection to support business opportunities.
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with sales team and provide detailed forecasts to executive team.
Partner with sales operations to remove roadblocks and ensure exceptional service during the lead to sales journey.
Represent the company at industry events, enhancing brand awareness and generating new leads.
Partner with Sales Enablement team to maintain playbooks, training courses, and prospecting tools.

Required
Proven work experience as a VP of Sales or a similar role with a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales.
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based services.
Expertise in sales process hygiene and data-driven decision-making using tools like Salesforce.
Exceptional ability to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Experience managing high-volume subscription sales models and smaller deal sizes.
Confidence in using new tools to optimize pipeline management and team performance.
Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing global sales team.
Empathy and active listening skills to understand customer concerns and needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Preferred
Experience with customer segmentation and persona development.
Knowledge of industry-specific trends and competitive landscape.
Certification in Customer Success or related field is a plus.
