Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, other project documentation and monitor progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project expectations and progress.
Lead cross-functional teams, including developers and consultants, to achieve project objectives.
Identify potential project risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Ensure project deliverables adhere to best practices and established standards.
Foster a team dynamic that encourages creative and out-of-the-box problem solving to drive project success.
Ability to travel to client sites 25% of the time

Required
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or related field (or 10 years of equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in Project Management
Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level projects with budgets ranging from $400k to $1M+
Demonstrated success in managing 2 mid-size projects simultaneously under multiple deadlines
Understanding of Salesforce and knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem
Multiple industry knowledge
Extensive consulting experience
Experience managing projects within a Financial Services environment
Familiarity with both Agile (Scrum-based) and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills
Ability to creatively address challenges, evaluate information rationally, and make sound decisions
Demonstrates reliability and agility in managing change and uncertainty
Guides teams effectively while promoting collaboration and innovation
Understanding of Salesforce architecture and ecosystem
Fully concentrating, understanding, and responding thoughtfully to team members’ and stakeholders’ inputs
Articulating ideas, instructions, and feedback in a concise and understandable manner
Crafting clear and professional emails, reports, and project documentation
Preferred
Salesforce Admin or Associate Certification (or equivalent core certifications such as Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud)
PMP, CSM, or Lean Agile Certifications
