Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Communicate technical dependencies and challenges. Evaluate and collaborate with Engineering Leadership to implement technical solutions.
Requirement Gathering: Partner with engineering leadership to develop, track, and communicate technical product requirements
Team Coordination : Keep the team organized and focused, facilitating collaboration and communication among team members. Execute and guide the team through waterfall and/or agile methodologies as needed
Project Tracking: Ensure all technical projects are appropriately tracked in JIRA and progressing with complete visibility of all progress, dependencies, risks, opportunities, etc.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, maintaining project momentum.
Priority Management: Understand and manage project priorities, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
Timeline Management : Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and potential delays are mitigated.
Stakeholder Communication : Regularly report project status to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.

Required
10 years experience with leading projects in highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary development teams
Proven experience in technical project management, preferably within HR or related fields.
Talented facilitator who can skillfully translate product requirements into an estimated project plan and roadmap
Demonstrated experience in technical project management and scrum development ceremonies/practices
Ability to influence seniors and peers without direct authority; experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Self-driven, detail-oriented leader who actively works to remove barriers to achieving results
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with both business and technical teams
Comfortable working with all levels of the organization including senior executives
Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, IT/IS Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Product or related experience in the software development lifecycle, gathering client requirements, writing product and/or technical specifications, working with development teams, and managing product roadmaps and releases
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Experience working in Atlassian tool suites (JIRA and Confluence)
Experience working in PowerBI
Demonstrated ability to define success metrics and evaluate for areas of product improvement
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
