Responsibilities
Generate new business by making high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day) utilizing Dial technology
Identify and qualify new prospects across Multiple Verticals and Personas
Work closely with sales and leadership to develop opportunities and new business.
Training and coaching to extended and internal team members.
Provide accurate weekly forecasts to marketing and sales on the volume of qualified demand expected to reach the set targets
Develop new and creative ways to obtain additional new business opportunities for your efforts in prospecting, working campaigns, and follow-up.

Meet or exceed qualification targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Required
2 plus years of experience in outbound B2B or SDR/BDR is a must.
History of High Performance and Exceeding Quota
Experience utilizing technology tools (MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.
Strong communication skills and a high level of persistence and energy.
Thrives in a fast-paced, ground-level department with high-growth potential.
Familiar with MEDDPICC and other Sales Methodologies
Demonstrate resilience, openness to coaching, and eagerness to learn new strategies and tactics to obtain business.
Strong ability to show curiosity for uncovering prospective client needs
Limited travel required (quarterly sales meetings and conferences as needed)
Preferred
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred (will consider sales experience in lieu of degree)
