Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale change initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial transformation organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
Partner with senior leaders and project teams to drive change and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Build and grow change capability across the client organization.
Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance effectiveness.
Design and implement organizational development programs, including leadership development, team building, and talent management initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other development activities to build organizational capability and resilience.
Collaborate with Global Commercial Operations leadership (initial focus) & HRBP team to develop and implement strategic plans that support transformational efforts.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives on organizational performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Align organizational development initiatives with business strategies to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on matters related to organizational effectiveness and change management.
Facilitate open and transparent communication to ensure stakeholder buy-in and support for change initiatives.
Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and organizational development programs.
Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to leadership on progress and areas for improvement.
Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of HR experience to include proven experience in leading and managing large-scale change initiatives and organizational development programs, or, an advanced degree with 8+ years’ experience; 7+ years of managerial experience
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
Experience with data analysis and performance measurement.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus
