Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Southcentral United States.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to enhance their supply chain operations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of logistics solutions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and provide recommendations to senior management.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in accordance with company guidelines and objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and position YMX Logistics as a leader in spotting and shuttling logistics solutions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics operations, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.
Ability to travel within the region as needed and a valid driver's license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
