Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Lead the technical design process and evaluate existing and new solutions
Define project timelines and deliverables based on strategic plans
Conduct demonstrations to showcase the product's value to stakeholders
Define and track KPIs and measurable success criteria for product success

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare discipline
Nine or more years of related experience, with a preference for healthcare technology experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
In-depth knowledge of technology areas impacting the product area of responsibility
Ability to gain stakeholder buy-in to resolve significant architecture issues
Preferred
Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a healthcare technology environment
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
Proven track record of successfully delivering products that meet business goals
Strong analytical skills to conduct independent analyses of technical and business requirements
