Responsibilities

Commission System Management: Act as the resident expert on Total Brokerage (TB) and ensure accurate commission processing.

Compliance Verification: Review and verify transaction documents against compliance standards.

Agent Support: Guide agents on system use, submission processes, reporting, payment timelines, and address other transaction-related inquiries.

Team & Deal Management: Oversee agent team formations, team splits, and management of agents/teams within TB.

Training & Support: Conduct training for agents on setting up dashboards, entering deals, running reports, and ongoing system assistance.
