Responsibilities

Loan Origination: Actively generate and process mortgage loan applications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the loan process.

Branch Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of loan officers to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
