Implement SEO techniques to increase visibility and drive organic traffic to our digital platforms.
Lead projects related to utility-focused marketing campaigns, product launches, or sales initiatives.
Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and achieve desired outcomes.
Demonstrate a quick learning ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the utility industry.
Attend HubSpot onboarding sessions to become proficient in utilizing the platform for lead management, marketing automation, and CRM.
Implement HubSpot best practices to optimize sales and marketing processes within the utility sector.

Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Experience in Water & Energy Utility sales
Ability to provide training to clients
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the utility sector, with a strong focus on lead generation and customer engagement
In-depth knowledge of utility industry regulations, trends, and customer preferences
Expertise in content creation, social media marketing, and SEO strategies
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results within deadlines
Quick learner with a passion for staying updated on industry developments and emerging trends
Familiarity with HubSpot or willingness to learn through provided onboarding sessions
Preferred
Experience in the water conservation industry is a plus
