Responsibilities

Defines and communicates a Product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap addressing business objectives, customer feedback, and competitors competitive landscape.

Experience leading with influence and gaining alignment on vision and strategy.

Develops a Product’s phases and execution plans including the Minimum Viable Product and iterative enhancements to ensure value is delivered incrementally to achieve the vision and business objectives.

Creates high-quality Product presentations, artifacts, and demos to gain alignment.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Leads and guides product direction for a cross-functional team of design, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure execution to plan.

Measures Product performance by clearly defining, tracking, and reporting on success metrics.

Optimizes Product performance by eliciting feedback and identifying Product enhancements.

Leads others and when roadblocks or challenges arise, leverages skills and experiences to resolve issues.

Mentors teammates on Product Management principals.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required

Intermediate knowledge of UX design principles and best practices.

Experience leading a horizontal team with vertical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field and 7-8 years of experience in a Product or comparable role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Mortgage, Banking, Real Estate, or Financial Services, preferred.
