Responsibilities
Convert online leads into qualified appointments, building rapport and establishing genuine interest through calls and texts
Execute a proven follow-up strategy to engage and retain serious prospects, balancing texts, calls, and voicemails to maximize response and appointment-setting rates
Qualify leads effectively by asking the right questions to gauge interest, ensuring the team's time is focused on high-potential clients
Maintain and update the CRM with all interactions, keeping lead details current and setting timely reminders for follow-ups to ensure seamless lead management
Refine and improve sales techniques daily, dedicating time to practice talk tracks, enhance strategies, and stay sharp on industry best practices
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and appointments, ensuring lead flow is maximized and potential is fully realized

Required
12 months experience working remote.
2+ years of sales experience
Preferred
A Texas Real Estate License (or actively working toward one) is a plus, but not a requirement
