Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision

Own all aspects of financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll, tax filing, operating plans, Deal Desk (and corresponding legal), bookkeeping, and sales commission/OTE

Own financial aspects of people operations, including registration into new states or EOR countries (via EOR platform) when new employees are brought on board

Implement scalable systems and processes to support the company's growth

Provide financial analysis and insights to guide business decisions

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization, including in Cloud and platform spend
