Responsibilities
Writing and publishing deliverables such as release notes, installation instructions, user guides and any other content required for a product release.
Ensuring deliverables adhere to standards, are reviewed for accuracy and free from spelling and grammatical errors.
Supporting team initiatives such as applying standards or editing to enhance existing content.
Scripting or producing videos that highlight new products or functionality.

Required
In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area.
3.0 GPA or higher.
Junior, senior, and graduate-level students.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team setting.
Strong planning and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in Microsoft Teams and Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
Preferred
Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not required.
Writing for different audiences.
Video scripting, production (with Camtasia) and hosting.
Audio recording and editing.
Graphic design or familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop, Express or Illustrator.
