Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the execution of all Nuvitek programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Provide strategic guidance and operational support to program managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Serve as the primary escalation point for program-related challenges, providing resolutions that balance client needs with Nuvitek’s business goals.
Supervise, mentor, and develop program managers, fostering a high-performing team culture.
Partner with practice leads for ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Appian to align program execution with technical capabilities and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with the VP of Delivery to set and track program-specific goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction across all programs.
Communicate program updates, risks, and opportunities effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
Drive client engagement strategies that foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Develop and implement standardized delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across programs.
Monitor program performance, conducting regular reviews to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements for each program.
Identify opportunities for program expansion and upselling, collaborating with the Business Development team to secure additional work.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in program delivery.
Support Nuvitek’s overall growth strategy by ensuring that programs contribute to financial and strategic goals.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
10+ years of experience in program management, with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple programs
Proven experience managing programs in federal consulting or government contracting
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or ITIL
Experience in programs utilizing ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Appian platforms
Strong financial acumen with experience managing program budgets and financial reporting
Preferred
Master’s degree
