Responsibilities
Influence impactful decisions: Your analyses will directly inform key initiatives in areas like talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, diversity & inclusion, and organizational design, ultimately shaping the future of our company.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with teams across the organization, including HR, Finance, and business unit leaders, to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Gain senior leadership support: Present your findings and recommendations directly to senior leaders, with the opportunity to influence their strategic decisions and drive meaningful change.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science).
7+ years of experience in a people analytics or related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional skills in Excel and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field.
Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python).
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with BigQuery.
Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
