Responsibilities
Be responsible for aggregating, documenting, and ensuring the integrity of the Commercial team’s data gathered from multiple data sources to create intelligent insights that help Commercial leaders and individual contributors, such as sellers, design or reinforce performance improvement programs that allow the Commercial department to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals/quotas
Actively collaborate with other key stakeholders and departments, such as finance, product, marketing, sales, customer success, etc., to build cross-functional data insights under the direction of the Director of BI
Maintain the integrity, documentation, structure, and timely updates of key technologies utilized to perform all duties. Will act in accordance with all privacy and security protocols and laws
Build, maintain, automate, and enhance all Commercial reporting, including but not limited to BI dashboards and Salesforce.com dashboards
Leverage historical data and trends to serve up insights into forecasting for future growth identifying potential risks where Commercial leaders can take a proactive approach to mitigate any risk versus being reactive
Regularly perform quality assurance checks, ensuring the integrity of all data regardless of the source of the data to ensure data points across systems are aligned
Refine data models as needed and enhance metrics as the business evolves.
Assist in other ad-hoc analyses and presentations as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in data science, mathematics, business intelligence, or a related field
2+ years of experience in business intelligence, preferably in Sales or Commercial Operations
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
Basic or Advanced SQL knowledge
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools – specifically Excel
Ability to quickly adapt and respond to the rapidly evolving Commercial team environment and sales landscape
Highly organized work style with exceptional time and project management skills
Strong acumen for being able to multi-task and successfully manage multiple initiatives at the same time
Above average Oral and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate across teams and departments
Ability to document and translate cross-functional business requirements into process/functional design/system solutions within Salesforce.com and Microsoft Power BI
Travel required: up to 10%
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com
Knowledge and experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence and machine learning
