Responsibilities

Partnering with the Project Management team to ensure all the administrative tasks of the account are executed accurately, timely and maintain our high Dentsu standards

Schedule client meetings, update internal/client status grids, asset management, and writing conference call reports (on regular basis)

Updating and editing internal and client decks and regular maintenance of org charts and onboarding materials including QC check

Liaison between clients, internal teams, and other agencies as needed

Understanding of client’s business and objectives as well as competitors in space

Management of all client tools such as their legal approval system, asset management, etc.

Digital media trafficking and planning as needed quarterly

Support larger team as needed (on-going basis)

Creatively/proactively develop solutions to resolve problems
