Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver ICG presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of ICG offerings including MSP services.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Strong understanding of IT services, including cloud solutions, network security, managed IT support, and hardware.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and client information.
