Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive courses and educational content specific to oral surgery and patient referrals.
Create, edit, and refine online learning materials, including digital modules, storyboards, and assessments.
Develop training materials and experiences to promote patient referral and full-arch procedures from clinical and patient perspectives.
Build interactive learning activities, assignments, and assessments to ensure knowledge retention and application.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor content that addresses the needs of clinicians and support teams.
Partner with the digital graphic designer to ensure visual elements enhance comprehension and engagement.
Write clear, structured scripts and content for video and audio training materials.
Manage and facilitate online learning communities, fostering engagement and dialogue.
Provide ongoing analysis and updates to training content, incorporating best practices in instructional design and dental education.

Required
Bachelors degree in a related field.
Previous experience in instructional design, education strategy, or content development.
Excellent writing skills.
Preferred
Background in dental or healthcare education.
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively.
