Responsibilities
Build, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels to maximize reach and impact within the healthcare provider audience.
Collaborate with designers to ensure final creative assets meet the required specifications and align with campaign goals.
Develop and refine healthcare-focused audience segments, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, marketing funnels and custom demographics.
Take ownership of weekly and monthly performance targets, actively monitoring and adjusting campaigns to maintain progress toward KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to boost engagement and lead quality among healthcare providers.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance weekly, offering actionable insights to enhance results monthly and quarterly.
Effectively communicate results, aligning outcomes with the goals of attaining net new SoftWave providers.
Coordinate efficiently across multiple channels ensuring alignment with the design and content teams, and responsiveness to project timelines.

Required
5+ years in digital advertising, with proven campaign management success, ideally in a B2B or healthcare-focused role.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Clickfunnels, Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, X, Ads Manager, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, WordPress, and GA4.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA) and an understanding of medical professionals' decision-making processes.
Strong data analysis, A/B testing, and optimization skills with a data-driven approach.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, suitable for a professional healthcare B2B audience.
