Responsibilities

Manage and grow a defined book of business within the Inside Sales market (3,000 and below employees), ensuring high renewal rates and identifying expansion opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts, from executive buyers to technical leads.
Qualify and progress expansion opportunities by aligning customer needs with Expel’s solutions and value propositions.
Negotiate business terms with customers while preserving Expel’s key interests.
Collaborate closely with Inside Sales colleagues, Partner Sales Team, Customer Success, and Product Management to drive the best outcomes for our customers.
Provide feedback to internal teams on Expel’s messaging, solution completeness, and new customer challenges to enhance our offerings.
Lead QBRs (1-2 per year for L & M complexity customers) to ensure clients are satisfied with our services and identify further growth opportunities.

Required

A proven ability to articulate business value in both written and verbal communications, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities without compromising quality.
Ability to work remotely with strong prioritization and time management habits.
A knack for building and maintaining relationships while moving deals through the sales process to close.
A consultative approach to understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to deliver value.
Resilience and a positive mindset, with the ability to course-correct and keep the bigger picture in focus.
A solid understanding of the managed security market, enterprise security products, and cloud-based technologies.
Fluency in Gsuite, Salesforce, and communication tools like Slack and Zoom.
3+ years of professional sales experience, with at least 1 year in security sales.

Preferred

Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree strongly preferred.
