Responsibilities

Sales & Member Service: Manage Inbound Calls and digital applications submitted across our platform . Promote relevant products and services, and provide solutions to members, with a focus on loans and ancillary sales.

Loan Origination: Receive and originate loan applications, communicate loan details and decisions to members, and provide guidance on relevant lending solutions.

Maximize Sales: Strive to exceed sales goals by recommending and cross - selling Credit Union products and services to members.

Multi-channel Interaction: Handle member interactions across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience in each communication.

Member Education & Support: Educate members on loan options, insurance ancillary products, and other financial services available at the Credit Union.

Sales Goals: Stay highly motivated and results-driven, with a focus on meeting exceeding performance expectations and contributing to team success.

Coachable: Demonstrate a high level of coachability and adaptability to current market trends. They embrace feedback to refine their skills, stay informed on industry changes, and adjust their strategies to meet evolving member needs and market demands effectively.
