Responsibilities

Getting the most out of our current Clients
Communication
Customer service
New business development on the West Coast
Create and execute a territory strategy to cover all states and Apple teams in the region
Establish deep and wide relationships in districts with clients and Apple Account reps
Develop and implement the correct cadence and strategies for communication during the non-refresh years for our clients
Accelerate the opportunity pipeline generator for each segment as needed to exceed the goals of the team
Forecast accurate monthly closes and devices received
Gather feedback from lost customers on what SLM could do differently to retain customers going forward
Research, develop, and implement strategies to regain business with customers of SLM who have parted ways
Success in this role is when our existing customer base consistently chooses to sell their Apple devices to SLM.

Required
The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Regular, weekly travel within the US is required. Lodging, travel, meals are paid for.
The candidate must be professional and possess excellent communication skills, as well as energetic and self-motivated.
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience selling/buying to Tech Directors in K-12.
