Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage relationships with key grocery accounts to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Work cross-functionally with teams such as sales strategy, marketing, finance, and supply chain to align efforts and meet business objectives.
Leverage market trends, customer data, and competitive insights to shape strategic decisions and optimize business plans.
Drive P&L optimization (Revenue Growth Management) through effective trade spend management and promotional budget allocation to maximize ROI.
Present business plans, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Identify and lead initiatives to capture new business opportunities within the competitive landscape.
Oversee broker relationships to ensure account objectives are met and exceeded.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience, including at least one cross-functional role in category management or trade marketing within the CPG industry.
Proven success in managing customer relationships and driving business growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Circana
Preferred
MBA preferred.
