Responsibilities

Become a subject matter expert for sharing and permissions at Figma, collaborating closely with other EPD teams at Figma

Design and build core collaborative user experiences

Develop and execute a vision and roadmap that scales as the Figma suite grows

Partner with our diverse set of customers to understand the range of product requirements we need to meet

Work closely with designers and engineers to define feature functionality and execute against the roadmap

Driving planning and prioritization, defining and tracking key metrics, collaborating on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans

Required

Previous experience leading collaboration, sharing, and permissions projects

A deep user empathy and the ability to build relationships with key customers

Experience working on both technical and user-facing features

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager

Preferred

Experience working on very similar products to Figma

Have a background in design, engineering, or both!
