Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and development of software applications at a business entity level
Design and develop solutions that strictly consider security, scalability, flexibility, reliability, and availability.
Lead and manage multiple Agile development teams' efficiency, productivity, and processes.
Demonstrate quantifiable improvements in software products across the business entity through continuous process improvement, able to coach teams and Dev Leads to yield higher levels of productivity and quality
Work with business, application users and IT development to define and architect robust and flexible applications and network architecture solutions
Create application-level and enterprise-level architectural documents
Work as part of an Agile development team to solve problems and develop projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required
Must have very strong programming experience in modern front-end and back-end development with a focus on Microsoft technology stack.
Must have strong knowledge of modern architecture design patterns and software design practices and tools.
10+ years of experience with the development, design and architecture of ASP.Net and C#. Proficient in Angular.
Proficient in designing and developing APIs (RESTful, security, documentation, performance, versioning, automation, and quality assurance) and frameworks, ensuring high performance, scalability, and robust integration with various systems and platforms.
Must demonstrate proficiency with the following: C#, .NET Core & .NET Framework 4.8, Azure Cloud Services, Web API development & integration, Typescript, JavaScript Frameworks (e.g. Angular, React etc.), Reactive programming and familiarity with RxJs, NgRx, SQL server or equivalent database - writing complex business logic in stored procedures and writing performant queries, Unit testing using C#, nUnit, xUnit or similar, Unit testing for Front end (JavaScript).
Preferred
Healthcare experience is a plus.
