Responsibilities
Plan and execute the migration of approximately 750 workstations from the old corporate domain to the new corporate domain.
Ensure minimal disruption to end-users during the migration process.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration.
Assess and upgrade workstations to Windows 11 as required.
Ensure compatibility of applications and hardware with Windows 11.
Provide support and training to end-users on the new operating system.
Utilize Quest tools for migration and management tasks.
Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
Develop and enforce policies for device compliance and security using Intune.
Provide technical support to end-users for issues related to workstation migration and OS upgrades.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required
Proven experience in migrating workstations and upgrading operating systems, particularly to Windows 11.
Strong knowledge of Quest tools and Microsoft Intune.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions and support to end-users
Preferred
PowerShell Experience is a Plus.
Experience with Intune a plus
Experience with Quest a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus
Experience in large-scale IT migrations and upgrades.
Familiarity with enterprise-level IT environments and best practices.
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
