Responsibilities
Assist in developing and standardizing service offerings aligned with industry trends.
Conduct compliance audits, assessments, and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboratively develop policies and procedures for customers to facilitate adherence to compliance requirements.

Required
5+ years with various compliance standards including but not limited to CMMC, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), CIS, HIPAA and others as applicable.
At least 2 certifications in relevant areas (e.g., security, compliance, project management).
In depth knowledge of Microsoft capabilities supporting Compliance within Azure and Office 365 along with Purview Compliance Portal.
Expertise in regulatory compliance, cloud security and compliance, and Microsoft compliance tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred.
