Responsibilities

Pull data from internal systems and databases to compile comprehensive reports and dashboards tracking key metrics and performance indicators.

Create and maintain automated dashboards and real-time reporting using tools such as Power BI to improve operational efficiency.

Use data mining, modeling, and other analytical techniques to extract and analyze data from large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Communicate complex data findings using graphs, infographics, and dashboards to provide actionable insights to both internal and external audiences.

Work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to understand their reporting requirements, translating these needs into technical specifications to ensure data relevance and accuracy.

Prepare detailed reports and visualizations for stakeholders that highlight key insights, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data accuracy and consistency.

Ensure data integrity across all reporting systems, maintaining thorough documentation of data sources and methodologies.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify analytical needs and develop data-driven solutions to support business goals and decision-making.

Develop, manage, and maintain databases that track key performance indicators and operational metrics across the organization.

Automate reporting and data analysis processes, reducing manual work and improving workflow efficiency.

Advise stakeholders on areas for process improvement, focusing on enhancing supply chain visibility and reducing operational costs.

Required

3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker). Experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards and reports.

Experience presenting findings to customers or stakeholders.

Strong experience with SQL for data querying, data modeling, mining, and visualization.

Experience in automating data analysis processes and creating real-time dashboards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box, interpret complex data, and present it clearly and concisely.

Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, collaborate effectively, and present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
