Responsibilities
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various legal positions, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified legal talent using job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and other sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with our internal team to understand client requirements and ensure high-quality candidate submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing career guidance and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

Required
At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the legal or professional services industries.
Familiarity with legal roles, law firm structures, and corporate legal departments is highly desirable.
Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
