Responsibilities
Lead the palliative care team in providing holistic, patient-focused care.
Develop and implement strategies to grow palliative care practice.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, social work, and chaplaincy services.
Provide expert consultation in symptom management, end-of-life care, and advance care planning.
Educate and mentor clinical staff to improve their knowledge in palliative care principles.
Foster relationships with community partners, hospitals, and referral sources.
Ensure compliance with medical and ethical standards.

Required
MD or DO degree with board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
Active and unrestricted California medical license.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in palliative care.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage interdisciplinary teams.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for patient advocacy and improving quality of life for seriously ill patients.
Preferred
Leadership or administrative experience.
