Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies by position.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives to assist hiring managers in preparing job descriptions.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback and provide exceptional customer service.
Actively source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates based on established criteria.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Utilize recruitment software and applicant tracking systems to track recruitment metrics.

Required
Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Technology driven mindset open to considering innovative ways to improve processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate information.
Familiarity with social media platforms, preferably LinkedIn.
