Working independently and managing time effectively.
Participating in training, coaching, and mentorship programs.
Building and developing one's own agency if desired.

Required
Excellent communication skills
Must be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed
You are humble, coachable, and teachable
Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and be comfortable with full commission sales
A moderate to high degree of computer proficiency
Have or be able to obtain a Health & Life Insurance license (clear background check- no recent felonies or bankruptcies)
