Responsibilities

Create ad hoc and standard reports using Microsoft SQL Server for different functional areas of the company

Assess reporting results through data investigation, analysis, and evaluation

Analyzes complex business questions and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide feedback to decision-makers with a full understanding of area of specialization.

Strong understanding and familiarity with patient services related data (i.e. claims data, patient detail, call center, etc.)

Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to support the development of recommendations

QA reports for not only coding errors and issues, but also make suggestions on data representation

Strong Written and Communications Skills

Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information

Ability to determine the interrelationships between solutions and requirements

Highly Organized, thereby efficiently handling multiple data jobs/sets

Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver

Ability to make effective decisions under pressure

Required

Hands on experience with data and data queries, data processing/data transformations, data integration scenarios

5-10 years’ current & continuous experience with Microsoft SQL Server

Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)

Shell scripting (on windows platform)

Good communication skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Strong Written and Communications Skills

Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
