Responsibilities
Be the senior level executive and partner, within the assigned entity, to deliver people outcomes that are aligned with the business strategy and provide value.
Identify new business strategies and adjust HR strategies to respond to changing needs of our business.
Manage implementation of major Human Resources processes (e.g. annual and midyear promotions, annual performance management, compensation and salary administration, cost to serve) according to geographic/entity guidelines.
Be an escalation point for complex personnel and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention to resolve personnel issues.
Help determine and implement appropriate HR programs to grow the entity according to the talent strategy and people aspects of our business strategy – typically with a focus on skill needs and development.
Coach leaders within the entity to help them achieve their potential; help develop the next generation of leaders.
Guide people-related change programs through the assigned entity.
Develop programs to address engagement and employee value proposition issues.

Required
9+ years of prior experience as an HR business partner
Experience with HR tools and processes
Experience with HR metrics and analysis
Knowledge of labor legislation
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
