Responsibilities

Manage Renewals Process: Own and manage the end-to-end renewals process for a portfolio of mid-market accounts, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing customer churn.
Negotiation and Pricing: Collaborate with the Customer Success Group, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure accurate pricing and contract terms, facilitating renewals in line with company policies and customer budgets.
Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and aligning our solutions to help achieve their objectives.
Problem Resolution: Identify and address potential issues that may impact renewal decisions by working closely with support, operations, and product teams to resolve them effectively.
Product and Service Education: Keep customers informed about product updates, new features, and additional services to encourage product adoption and highlight value.
Salesforce Documentation: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all renewal conversations, interactions, and agreements in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
Forecasting and Reporting: Contribute to the forecast process by accurately recording and updating renewal status, probability, and anticipated renewal value, providing insights to management on MM account trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customers have access to the resources needed to realize continued value from our products.

Required

1-3 years of experience in B2B account management, renewals, or customer success, preferably within the HR technology or SaaS industry.
Proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients, customizing approaches to meet customer needs.
Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, with a focus on fostering long-term relationships and retention.
An ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively in a scaling, SaaS industry environment.
Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and finding creative solutions to complex situations.

Preferred

Familiarity with HR processes, challenges, and industry trends that influence customer decision-making is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM and contract management systems (Salesforce preferred), as well as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
