Responsibilities
Accurate and Timely Billing: Collaborate with New Business and Inforce teams to ensure that initial and ongoing bills are generated accurately and within set timeframes.
Premium Posting: Accurately apply all premium payments, adhering to service standards and ensuring timely posting.
Suspense Management: Monitor and manage suspense accounts within established guidelines to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Utilize Workflow and Processing Systems: Leverage workflow, imaging, and processing systems to manage complex non-financial transaction requests, improving operational efficiency.
Ensure Compliance and Accuracy: Apply regulatory knowledge and internal procedures to assess whether requests are in good order, ensuring both compliance and transaction accuracy.
Communicate with Stakeholders: Proactively contact Financial Professionals and clients to obtain additional documentation or information needed to complete transactions, maintaining clear and timely communication.
Problem-Solve and Escalate Issues: Troubleshoot complex transaction issues, addressing challenges promptly and escalating when necessary to resolve unusual or critical situations.
Maintain Quality Standards: Process complex billing and payment transactions with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring documentation and records are accurate and consistent.
Manage Inbound Client Calls: Handle inbound calls from Financial Professionals and clients, responding to critical service requests with clarity and professionalism.
Facilitate Research: Support Commission Team with research related to Premium payments and commission audits.
Assist Other Inforce Teams: Support other Inforce teams in achieving their goals during downtimes, fostering a collaborative environment and optimizing team efficiency.
Drive Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work with leadership to develop, refine, and maintain business processes and service standards that align with organizational goals and adapt to market changes.

Required
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
3-5 Years Of related work experience in the insurance industry Required

Manages suspense accounts while adhering to financial standards and internal controls.
