Responsibilities

Use data analysis skills to compile and analyze financial information and trends for the assigned organization and communicate results and recommendations to management and the business.

Work with the team to develop and maintain processes and reports to track key business metrics.

Create usable budgets for the business including but not limited to preparing complex models

Contribute to the enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practices that improve efficiency within the finance function and the business.

Develop and maintain integrated financial plans and forecasts using detailed financial metric modeling and analytics.

Required

5+ years of experience in Financial Analyst role

Strong knowledge of financial principles and financial planning and analysis

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Strong analytical skills

Understanding of core finance business processes that allow timely delivery of financial results including Quarterly Business Reviews, close processes, SOX controls, and Audit

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree, Finance or Accounting concentration preferred
