Responsibilities
Support the organization's Quarterly Business Review (QBR), including creating a workback plan between Google Finance and internal stakeholders, crafting the overall QBR narrative, and creating executive-level presentations.
Partner with leadership to develop an approach to monitor the strategic roadmap and manage key KPIs including goal creation, status updates, and external reporting.
Own the organization’s strategic roadmap and report which includes assessing progress against KPIs to provide key insights to the leadership team.
Provide guidance to improve operational processes and onboard new technologies or processes.
Lead the launch of internal initiatives, including project planning, communications, rollout, monitoring, and feedback loops.
Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant departments to meet a common understanding of operational needs and internal project schedules.
Use data analysis to optimize and improve operational strategies and processes.
Develop agendas for quarterly leadership meetings to drive progress on strategic initiatives.

Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of planning processes and project management, including risk analysis and management support.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to display adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of managing complex operations and leading teams to achieve business objectives.
Experience providing management expertise and oversight.
Preferred
Experience in Corporate FP&A or Business Operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in managing KPIs across multiple teams.
Experience using enterprise planning systems for analysis and reporting.
Experience with Tableau or other dashboarding tools.
Previous experience in the Live Streaming, Gaming, Entertainment, or Consulting Industry.
