Responsibilities

Provide review, editing, and document drafting support to the FSWAE program team

Review and enhance documents and other messaging texts (including but not limited to websites, forms, guidance scripts for call center, and email templates) being used to communicate with foreign applicants for US visas.

This will also include reviewing the FSWAE foreign applicant experience and public information about in-country messaging and applicant support services to strengthen our ability to ensure effective operations of the GSS FSWAE program in communicating with, and supporting, visa applicants.

May write, rewrite and/or edit material for reports, manuals, briefs, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures

May write or rewrite columns, articles, and stories according to requirements.
