Responsibilities

Drive partner acquisition efforts by creating and leading marketing programs to attract, qualify, and generate new partners.
Master PropertyRadar’s offerings, value prop, and target industries so you can confidently communicate our benefits to potential partners.
Run multi-channel outreach campaigns to potential partners while owning all campaign metrics.
Own our partner book of business to nurture existing partner relationships and expand key partner accounts.
Collaborate closely with our partners to cultivate strong, trust-based strategic relationships, helping to set shared goals and strategies that drive mutual success.
Work with partners to find creative ways to expand our reach together and boost brand visibility; ultimately driving partner-sourced trials and customers.
Analyze the impact of your campaigns, sharing data-backed insights with stakeholders to show what’s working—and where we can improve.

Required

Proven experience in sales and partnerships.
3-5 years in sales, including 2-5 years in partner development.
Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and building strong channel relationships.
Experience with real estate investors, agents, lenders, or home service companies.
Relationship-focused and a great communicator.
Data-driven and tech-savvy.
Ability to measure and communicate results effectively while leveraging tools like HubSpot.
Organized and adaptable.
Ability to manage projects with precision and thrive under pressure.
Ability to align partner strategies with company goals.
Commitment to learning, development, and embodying values like kindness and integrity.
